What we collect

CalcInstant does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information you enter into our calculators. All calculations run entirely in your browser. When you type numbers into a tool, that data never leaves your device. I don't have access to it, can't see it, and can't recover it if you close the tab.

What Google AdSense collects

CalcInstant uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and others. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet. This is standard practice across most free websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

AdSense uses identifiers like the AAID (Android Advertising ID), IDFA (Apple's Identifier for Advertisers), or similar device identifiers to serve interest-based ads. Google also uses the DoubleClick cookie on partner sites. None of this data is shared with me — I only see aggregate reports showing how many people viewed each page.

Cookies

CalcInstant itself does not set cookies. The only cookie-like storage is localStorage for your theme preference (light/dark mode) and tool input history — both stored entirely on your device and never transmitted. Google AdSense and other third-party ad vendors may set cookies on your device to personalise ads. These are subject to Google's privacy policy, not ours.

Cloudflare

CalcInstant is served through Cloudflare's content delivery network. Cloudflare may process limited request metadata (IP address, browser type, referring page) for security and performance purposes. This data is not used for tracking or profiling. Cloudflare is a GDPR-compliant data processor.

Your rights (GDPR and CCPA)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data that Google AdSense may hold about you. Since CalcInstant itself does not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to delete on our end. For AdSense-related data, visit Google's Ad Settings.

California residents have rights under the CCPA to know what personal information is collected, whether it is sold, and to request deletion. CalcInstant does not sell any personal information. We have no personal information to disclose because we collect none.

Calculator pages may link to related tools or external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. Check their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
